Purasomes & Microneedling

A regenerative skin and hair treatment using patented AMPLEX Plus™ technology, created from bovine colostrum — a rich natural source of growth factors, cytokines and bioactive molecules. Each treatment delivers 20 billion exosomes and 20 growth factors, enhancing cellular performance (angiogenesis, collagen synthesis, dermal and epidermal thickness, anti-inflammatory effects and melanin regulation). It improves hydration, texture and elasticity, reduces inflammation from acne and rosacea, and supports hair growth. It can be combined with polynucleotides to treat deeper layers and fat pads.

Dull or tired skin; fine lines; uneven tone and texture; sun damage and pigmentation; inflammatory acne and rosacea; acne scarring; loss of firmness; hair thinning and poor scalp health.

Skin: 4–6 sessions, 2 weeks apart, with maintenance every 6 months. Hair: 6–8 sessions, 4 weeks apart, with maintenance every 4 months. Your results are reviewed 6 months after your last treatment.

Purasomes are applied to the skin surface and then microneedled in. A topical anaesthetic is used; you may feel mild tingling or warmth.

Redness, swelling and pinpoint marks; flaking around day 3; mild tenderness.

Not suitable if you have a suspected or active skin cancer, or a milk allergy (Purasomes contain lactoferrin — lactose intolerance is fine). Not suitable for vegans. Ethically sourced from a certified organic family farm in Italy, with colostrum harvested within 6 hours post-partum.

Avoid sun exposure for 4 weeks. Darker skin may need pigment-suppressing skincare for 4–6 weeks beforehand. Avoid alcohol and anti-inflammatories for 24 hours, and arrive with clean skin.

Avoid sun for 4 weeks and strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours. Apply nothing to the skin for 6 hours, then use only Clinisept, moisturiser and SPF for 5 days. No active skincare until cleared by your clinician.
